Weaver Meeting Center
The Weaver Meeting Center is available to rent for reunions, parties, gatherings, etc. in 4-hour and 8-hour increments, and there is a large pavilion located directly behind the building. To make a reservation, call Weaver City Hall at (256) 820-1121 extension 103, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Weaver Senior Citizen Program
For over 25 years, the Weaver Senior Citizens Program has strived to enhance the well-being of its participants by providing hot, nutritious meals, along with plenty of exercise, games, crafts and other activities. For more information, contact the Senior Center Director:

Thursday: Sing Hymns — We exercise our voices!
SPECIAL EVENTS:
“Potluck” lunch is the third Tuesday of each month.
“Penny Auction” is the last Wednesday of each month.
Weaver Lending Library
Thanks to a wonderful donation from the employees and residents of Westminster Apartments in Anniston, the City of Weaver now has added a Lending Library to its amenities. A listing of many of the books offered will be coming in the near future and there is an offering of something for everyone from science fiction to romance, political intrigue to religious, and everything in between. Lending of books will be done on the honor system and we please just ask that if you take one, treat it with respect, return it when you are finished with it, or give it a good home.
If you would like to donate further additions to the Lending Library, you may do so at City Hall Monday-Friday during regular office hours of 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
