- Business License Enforcement – Each business operating any kind of business inside the city limits must obtain a business license with the City of Weaver. This license is different from the county and state licenses. For more information, please see Business Licenses.

NOTE: Even though the City of Weaver no longer issues building permits, zoning permits are still issued for the following:
- All new construction
- Additions to existing structures that add square footage
