Due to rising postage costs, a $3.00 paper statement fee will be added to all water & sanitation bills sent by MAIL beginning in October.
To avoid the fee and receive your bill by EMAIL, you can do so:
- when you log in to pay your water bill through the website
- call the office at (256) 820-1121
- fill out a form at the office and return it to us
- EMAIL waterdept@weaveral.gov your NAME, ADDRESS, 4-DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER (can be found on your water bill), and the EMAIL ADDRESS you would like your bill sent to
NOTE: You are NOT required to pay on-line if you receive your bill by email. You can continue to pay your bill by cash, check, money order, or credit card in the office & in the drop box.
If you would prefer, automatic bank draft is also still available for no fee!
